the room we stayed in met our expectations , it was clean and cozy. the bathroom was well, maintained and had all the basic amenities. the breakfast spread was delightful, with a generous selection of dishes to choose from. We especially appreciated the helpful attitude of the staff who were always willing to assist us with our enquiries.
The hotel's check, in process could use some improvement.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the proximity to the local Christmas market, which was just a short walk away. The room features a comfortable sofa and a single bed that were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a nice addition.
Our experience at this hotel was not great. Upon arrival, there was no one available to check us in, and there were no extra towels or bedding for the sofa. The room was not clean, and we decided to leave early and skip the breakfast. the lack of a proper check-in process and the state of the room left us with a negative impression of this hotel.

The room was supposed to fit two people, but as we entered the room, it only had one bed and a sofa. No blankets or towels were provided for the extra person. We had to call the front desk to complain, but there was no answer. The location of the hotel is the only good aspect of the hotel. It was near many good cafes and restaurants, and the view from the window was decent. But overall, we disliked this hotel.
The poor service combined with the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
